First thing we did was planning. We planned where to film and we searched some locations. We had to film in a train station so we went to the nearest one which is King’s Cross Station.
The equipment we used was: a tripod and camera
For the train station shot, we couldn’t use a tripod because we weren’t allowed so we had to hold it somehow so the scene wasn’t too shaky. We managed to get a shot, however it was still a bit shaky. So that’s one problem we had to figure out.
Then we had to film another scene at the train station which went well because even though we didn’t use tripod we placed the camera on something stable and the scene looked like this:
The next scene went pretty good as we filmed outside the train station so we used a tripod. Also, few people were walking in front of camera (not a like a crowd though) and that made the scene seem more realistic.
Then we went to a canal and that was like the place where the girl has seen her mother for the last time. We filmed a scene where the mother leaves her and that went well. We filmed flashbacks and the present time at the canal.
Present: this is where she comes and remembers her mom.
Flashback: where her mom leaves her.
We filmed the flashback and the ‘present time’ in 2 different day because she had to wear different clothes.
Then we went to school.
We filmed some scenes where students go out of the college and it wasn’t necessary to put them in our film but we juts thought we should add them so it shows where the girl is.
After that, we filmed a scene where she sits down and has a sad moment which I think went pretty good cause it made the scene more dramatic.
At the end we filmed a scene at the canal where she leaves ”ready to get her revenge” and we filmed the girl when she was going upstairs. However, we faced a problem while filming because people kept coming in out scenes so we had to film a few times to achieve what we wanted.
In the end, filming was good and fun. Next time we’ll make a better film 😉
